THIRD ANNUAL PELHAM PARKWAY HALLOWEEN PARADE & PARTY

State Senator Jeff Klein, Assemblyman Mark Gjonaj, Council Member Jimmy Vacca, the Pelham Parkway Neighborhood Association, The Allerton International Merchants and the White Plains Road BID, hosted the third annual Pelham Parkway Halloween Parade and Party.

The parade kicked off at the southeast corner of White Plains Road & Pelham Parkway South and traveled down White Plains Road to Brady Avenue. The party took place at P.S. 105 where children enjoyed face painting, games, carriage rides, music and more. All children took home a special treat bag filled with candy and coloring books courtesy of Senator Klein. See photos below.
